Decking Supervisor - Christchurch

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Decking Supervisor to join our Decking team based in Christchurch, Dorset.

The role will involve assisting the Decking and Aftersales Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the decking function. Good computer and operational skills are required to assist in ordering and fitting schedules.

Main Duties include:

  • To assist the Decking and aftersales co-ordinator, Senior & Park Management teams in ensuring that the sales process is adhered to
  • Visit and survey all decking requirements from parks on a regular set basis
  • Assist with the delivery unloading and checking of deliveries to the factory unit
  • To ensure all kits delivered are in the correct collection locations
  • Carry out routine stock audits
  • Ensure all health and safety paper work is kept up to date and reviewed annually alongside management teams
  • Help to process working time sheets for decking teams to ensure all paper work is handed in on time on a weekly basis

 

 

Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.  Product knowledge training will be given on processes and recharging of deck and decking materials.

The role will involve working Monday – Friday and some weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
