We are currently recruiting for full time Baristas to join our Nando’s family. As a Barista, you’ll have a passion for starting customers' mornings with the most amazing coffee and providing great customer service, take pride in keeping your restaurant clean and looking fresh, have the courage to challenge the status quo, the integrity to hold your hands up to mistakes, and treat your colleagues and your customers like family. You’ll have excellent communication skills, and work well under pressure.

So what does a Barista at Nando’s do?

Our Baristas have great memory skills and they work in fast-paced stressful environments and they have fun doing it!

You should have 1-2 years’ experience and be able to multitask when required. We do all of our own cleaning – at the end of the shift we clean everything and reset the coffee station for the next day.

You can expect to have a contract for 35-40 hours a week, starting rate of pay is £8.20 per hour and after you’ve completed training we will review your pay alongside your performance. You’ll work 5 shifts over 7 days with 2 days off a week, and your shifts will predominately be AM's. You'll have to be available to start as early as 3am and flexible to work weekends.
