Chalet Chef - Europe

Leading a larger chalet team, providing quality catering

Chalet Chef duties will include providing breakfast, afternoon tea and a 4 course evening meal. You will need to be able to manage your stock and budget efficiently, as well as carry out some basic administration.

Our Chalet Chefs are confident and experienced in the kitchen, have a passion for producing delicious, well presented food and take pride in what they do.

We look for hard working, confident and self-motivated chefs and cooks with a strong desire to further their careers.

The fantastic service provided by our catering teams is what keeps guests returning back to us. As well as the kitchen skills needed we also look for friendly, conscientious & welcoming staff.

Our staff are handpicked for their friendly and outgoing personalities as well as their excellent qualifications and experience.

Not only do we require lots of dedicated people to deliver our brochure promise but it is our staff that provide the excellent customer service to our guests that sets us apart from the competition.
