Head Therapist

We are looking for a Head Therapist to join our luxury Spa. Based over 2 floors, our Head Therapist is responsible for ensuring that all the teams are recruited and trained effectively to the highest standards and that the treatments and service delivery are flawless.

You do not accept anything but the best in everything that you and your team deliver. Treatment and retail sales must be achieved daily and monthly, in a hygienic and efficient environment. You will be used to monitoring results, following up and providing targeted feedback. You will be familiar with five star standards of guest service delivery, developing the team to deliver this, at all times.  Your positive nature, coupled with your passion for spas will give you the edge in this role.

You will have a proven track record of service excellence in a spa environment and be fully ESPA trained. You will already have a background in luxury Spas based within five star deluxe hotels.  The ideal candidate will have considerable people management experience and will be used to unique and specialist spa brands as well as some of the more main-stream products. You will be experienced in recruiting, training and coaching a team of permanent and casual therapists across a range of treatment types.  You will be a team player, attentive, focused as well as revenue driven.  You will have the ability to engage and be passionate about guest needs and deliver an informal yet impeccable service, on the phone and face-to-face. You will ensure that you lead by example at all times and will be hands-on in your approach.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
