We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable restaurant supervisor to support our existing team at our recently refurbished village pub, The Swan at Southrop. This is a very busy pub that has a keen local following as well as serving our hotel guests from Thyme. An interest in the home-grown, homemade & produce-driven principals that are the core beliefs behind Thyme and The Swan is essential, along with attention detail and the ability to lead a team.
