Grounds Foreperson/Foreman - Rhyl

Lyons Holiday Parks are a growing family business with many holiday home parks and hotels in the local area. We are currently recruiting for an experienced foreperson to manage the grounds of Eryl Hall Caravan Park and Country Club.

This is a permanent position subject to a successful probationary period with free parking with a rate of pay being £10 per hour.  The expected hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm and Saturdays 8am until 12 noon.  

To succeed in this role you must be hands on, able to prioritise workloads effectively, able to create good camaraderie within your team and actively manage work performance.  Leading by example you will be a hard-working, highly motivated individual and able to plan tasks effectively to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

You must have solid experience of working as a foreperson and managing a groundskeeping or maintenance team. This work will encompass the mowing and strimming of grass, looking after the shrubbery and laying flags amongst other duties that ensure the successful maintenance and general upkeep of our park.  Previous experience of working within the caravan industry would be a distinct advantage.

A full driving licence and own transport are essential for this role.
