Assistant Manager - Barburrito Union Square, Aberdeen

BARBURRITO is the UK’s first burrito bar, an award-winning fast casual restaurant concept, and we are looking for ASSISTANT MANAGERS for our store in Barburrito Union Square, Aberdeen.

Salary: From £20,000 (depending on experience), plus up to 15% bonus

When you join our Familia as a Honcho (that’s what we call our managers) you’ll be whisked away to one of our training stores in the UK for your Honcho Training Programme, during this four week programme you will have your own dedicated trainer teaching you the ropes, and most importantly showing you how to make world-class burritos! It’s not all business though, it’s full of fun and excitement, and you’ll make new Barburrito friends for life!

When you graduate from our Honcho Academy we are confident that you’ll have developed all of the skills and burrito expertise you’ll need to be an awesome Assistant Manager and you’ll be ready to roll!

You can expect a competitive salary, quarterly bonus (up to 15%), 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), a workplace pension and a 45 hour contract.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager in a reputable restaurant high street brand. Experience at this level in a fast – casual operation would be advantageous.  The role will be extremely hands-on and operational.
