Built in 1890's as the town first purpose built hotel, the Majestic is set within 8 Acres of gardens and within walking distance of Harrogate town centre.
About the role...
You will also be of smart professional appearance, have extensive experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player. Give out menus and take orders for food and drink, take all opportunity to up-sell products, serve food and drinks and regularly check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well.
