The Role

We are recruiting for a friendly and passionate Café Chef to join our lovely team at Cowshed. The role will be based at our spa in Primrose Hill, North London.

The right Candidate will have experience as a Café Chef in a busy environment, be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service.

As a Café Chef working with us, you should have experience in the following:

• Running a section
• Preparing & cooking dishes to order
• Supervising Commis & Demi Chef de Partie’s
• Ensuring high standards of food safety & hygiene
• Portion & waste control
