As Back of House Porter you will be responsible for maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, team and storage areas, assisting the team with incoming deliveries. As a Kitchen Porter, you will maintain strict health, safety, manual handling and food hygiene standards. To be considered for this role you must be efficient and hard-working and prepared to perform all aspects of cleaning, from mopping floors, wiping walls, washing dishes and pots to cleaning ovens and other equipment.
