Job Summary

 

 

As aLeisure Associate your role will consist of ensuring that all Leisure Club andbrand standards are maintained at the highest level at all times, all memberand guest concerns and requests are resolved promptly and properly, members ofthe Leisure Club are registered and their special requests met whereverpossible. You will be required to learn and understand the correct Leisure Clubmembership proceduresand also complywith the Marriott cash handlingprocedures. You are expected to understand how the hotel Health and SafetyPolicy affects your department and how it links with the rest of the hotel,completedaily checklists and tasks as set out by departmentmanager/supervisor. You will needto provide information to members/guestsabout leisure facilities including hours of opening, classes and location of thefacilities. Throughout this role you will learn and be capable of dealing withmessages and enquiries when required in an efficient and professional mannerboth over the telephone and directly from members/guests of the Leisure Club.As a Leisure Club Associate you will be a go to point for the majority ofqueries within the Leisure Club so its crucial that you build upon yourknowledge from day one to ensure you can provide the guests/members with asmuch accurate information as possible.

 

Clean andmaintain all areas through the Leisure Club. Report accidents, injuries, andunsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.Support with general enquires regarding the hotel grounds and facilities aswell as any Leisure Club specific queries
