Qualifications & Experience Required;

* Micro Blading Certificate from a recognised body
* 3 years Microblading experience
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* Excellent English, both written and spoken
* Self-motivated and detail oriented
* Initiate and implement latest techniques and processes in treating customers with their eyebrow/facial concerns.

Summary of Role;

* Microblading technician administers professional eyebrow and/or facial threading/micro blading services.
* You must possess a thorough knowledge of threading and micro blading demonstrating excellent skills in both.
* Have good knowledge of all products and services that the Spa offer to ensure you possess the most up-to-date knowledge and skills to effectively provide wellness and beauty treatments/solutions to meet the needs your guests.
* Build strong relationships with repeat visitor and new guests to encourage loyalty to the Salon.
* Network within Bahrain to build up clientele list.
* Meet set sales targets for treatments and retail products
* Actively participate in training programmes for technical advancement, selling skills, product knowledge, guest bookings and customer service.
* Assists in training team members as directed - for both technical skills and guest care.
* Encourage team members to reach set targets, by motivating them in order to move their business forward.
* Participate in ongoing education to ensure that you are up-to-date with Microblading techniques.
