The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is an intimate retreat steeped in history and set in picturesque countryside surroundings. With a varied selection of restaurants and with 24 hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.

The AM Restaurant Server (waiter/waitress) is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team within our new Restaurant. The AM Server is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests during breakfast and lunch service within the new Wild Carrot restaurant. The Server provides an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.  Personalised service is the ultimate goal.

The ideal candidate will have values based on the Four Seasons Golden Rule.

We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!

This position requires an applicant with a good level of Food and Beverage knowledge and a passion to learn more.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request with the ability to proactively understand guest’s preferences and needs.

The role is suited to an individual who enjoys interacting with guests.

The hours of work are 6am to 2.30pm (although flexibility is required for busy lunch services) and include weekend shifts.
