We are looking for an outstanding General Manager to take the helm of arguably one of the busiest and most diverse multi-purpose sports centres in Buckinghamshire with an extensive wet side programme.

As General Manager you will support, coach and inspire your team of managers to achieve great things. As well as managing the safe and effective running of the centre day-today and delivering a first class service to members, you will drive the commercial areas of the business such as sports programming, fitness and swimming and also engage with the wider community by hosting and supporting with events and programmes. 

To be considered you will already be a General Manager within the health and fitness industry and will have gained exposure to managing wet side facilities and ideally pool programming in a high volume environment.  You will be able to boast significant commercial achievements and give great examples on how you have supported, developed, inspired and progressed your teams.
