We are looking to recruit a Production Manager to join our team to lead, coach and develop a highly skilled team in our Bakery in Birmingham.

As a Production Manager you will:         

• Coach, train, develop, motivate and lead a team of Production staff.
• Manage the team to ensure that all H&S and Food Safety standards are followed & the production plan is achieved within budget & on time.
• Ensure production is of the highest standards, produced efficiently & with minimum waste.

Experience / Qualifications

• Previous Management Experience within Food Manufacturing is essential.
• Awareness of Health & Safety in the workplace.  
• Great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team
• Commercial awareness and good knowledge of operational processes.
• Ability to challenge and make effective decisions
• Minimum of Level 3 Food Hygiene Training
