Gymfinity Kids is the UK’s newest gymnastics and Ninja operator. With 3 centers in the UK and aggressive growth plans we’re starting to build a strong central support team to help members and prospects keep their children active. With plans to open sites across the UK we’re now looking to hire a Social community manager.

This position will see you play the leading role in defining an effortless customer experience through social media and raising the profile of our brand. As our community manager you will interact with the many parents and guardians who contact us with questions and comments about our product offering so you will have a natural customer service focus, who is articulate and professional.

This is also an opportunity to help define the social media strategy and vision for a business with great ambitions. You’ll work closely with the teams in our centers to ensure that the right questions are answered by the right people and given great service through our social platforms {particularly Facebook} and be an innovator when it comes to new ways to engage with our members and prospects alike – Working closely with our design agency to create and manage content. You will need to be ‘in the know’ when it comes to social and be comfortable working alone, or as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITES

This  will manage every aspect our social engagement with members and prospects. This will include:

  • Respond to all inbound enquiries / questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure that the correct information is supplied to prospects and members
  • Work with our agency to schedule promotional content
  • Increase engagement and volume of followers and fans
  • Define and lead our online / social review platforms and drive user generated content creation
  • Act as a custodian of the Brand, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines for all communications through all channels
  • Be able to lead, and drive our social presence forward
  • Update and maintain the marketing team documentation

  • Have the ability to develop a strong working relationship with peers and senior team
  • Be a clear and concise communicator
  • Be pragmatic and solution focused
  • Have an open, honest, friendly and enthusiastic style that positively influences the team dynamic
  • Be fact based, commercial and customer-oriented
  • Experience of working with creative and execution agencies
  • Proven track record of social management and / or  online customer services
  • Experience working in a B2C environment
