Reservations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join the team at our new head office in Christchurch.

Harbour Hotels is a collection of prestigious hotels and venues nestled in some of the most beautiful locations throughout the South. Our luxury portfolio spans coastal, country and city locations.

As Reservations Coordinator you will need excellent customer service and communication skills, a good command of Microsoft Office are essential. Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Previous experience of working within a call center environment or using a hotel booking or front office system would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
