Housekeeping Supervisor

Old Thorns is a luxury four-star resort in Hampshire. The hotel is easily accessible from the A3, and only 30 minutes from the M25 and Portsmouth. Old Thorns offers luxury accommodation, conference & function facilities, health club, beauty spa, restaurants & bars, a championship golf course. 

We are recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our busy housekeeping team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• To supervise and co-ordinate staff to ensure that all bedrooms and hotel facilities are maintained to the highest of standards
• To assist with the control of linen stocks
• To ensure routine maintenance is undertaken 
• To lead and motivate the team and create a positive working environment  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:  

• Previous housekeeping experience is essential
• Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer service​
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills (Excellent standards of spoken English)
• Able to lead and motivate a team
• Good attention to detail

This is a full time position working 5 days per week Monday to Sunday.
