Reception Supervisor - Donnington Valley Hotel

We are looking for a Reception Shift Leader to join our team at Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa on a full time basis working 40 hours a week 5 over 7 days.

The main responsibility of this role is to constantly deliver Donnington Valley Hotel policies and strategies, providing a high level of service and customer care, and to deliver high levels of revenue and control.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be dedicated, hard working, polite and a customer focused individual who possesses excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English skills.
