We are looking for a Conference and Banqueting Porter to join our team at Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa on a Full time basis.

The main responsibility of the role as a porter is to carry out the daily operation, front line service provided and to interact with our meeting and dining delegates ensuring all needs are met and that we exceed our guest expectations.

Alongside this you will be required to set up conference rooms to the required specification, making sure they are clean and all equipment is working correctly. You will need to ensure stock levels do not run out and reporting them to your line manager when they are low, and also carrying out day to day tasks such as helping guests with luggage plus any other reasonable request.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be dedicated, hard working, polite and a customer focused individual who possesses excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English skills.
