Within Emirates Stadium the home of Arsenal Football Club sits an exclusive members only club known as the WM Club. This exclusive a la carte restaurant, bar and lounge is named after the revolutionary 3-2-2-3 WM formation and its design specification has not been seen before in a European football ground.

Delaware North are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills to join the waiting team.

Our a la carte waiting staff are not only required to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests but also to ensure the overall guest experience is second to none. The menu design and culinary flair is influenced by Tommy Fairhall who is trained by Raymond Blanc at the two star Michelin Star restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.

The 242 WM Club members are treated to a cocktail drinks reception, five course a la carte menu and premium wines, beers and soft drinks at every Arsenal home match.

The right candidate for us will have previous experience within a la carte fine dining environment. Please note that this role is only available on match days which would involve evening and weekend work.

You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate starting from £8.40 and up to £9.64 depending on experience and age (inclusive of holiday pay).
