This is a great opportunity to provide front line support for one of the most exciting and adaptable venues in London.

This is a ‘hands on’ position responsible for; the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the Roundhouse buildings, facilities, fixtures and fittings, either in-house or by utilising sub-contracted providers. The House Services Supervisor assists the House Services Manager and the Facilities Manager, in the co-ordination of resources and the general maintenance and up-keep of the Roundhouse operated premises. The team responds quickly to any reactive maintenance requests, and undertakes a rolling proactive maintenance approach to multiple buildings across the campus. You will have significant experience in a trade skill (plumbing/ electrics/ carpentry/ metal work) and be competent in general painting and decorating. You will also have a good working knowledge, and practical experience in relevant Health and Safety regulations.

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.
