Sales and Fitness Advisor - Middlesbrough

Lifestyle Fitness are looking for passionate, energetic individuals who have the drive and energy to combine the role of Fitness Instructor with Sales Consultant.

Job Description 

Fitness - supervise and contribute toward the general running of the club, interact with members dealing with enquiries and ensure high standards are maintained.

Sales - be responsible for the generation of membership sales, plan and run impact promotions in and around the club. Be able to carry out Club tours for prospective members and train other staff to perform this role.

Personal Specification

We are looking for an individual with commitment and determination, to drive the future of the club. Excellent communication skills will be essential as will the ability to generate sales for the club.

Experience

• The successful candidate will hold a minimum level 2 fitness qualification.
• Experience in sales environment would be desirable.
• Experience in a customer service environment would be an advantage.

The successful candidate must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
