Marketing Promotions Manager - Cheltenham Head Office
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Purpose: To implement promotional activity across all outlets to drive top line sales.
Based at our HQ in Cheltenham, the Promotions Manager has a key role in the delivery of the SOHO business plan.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Development, implementation and measurement of cost-efficient and relevant promotions plans, reflecting the different markets in which we operate
- Development, implementation and measurement of promotions across all platforms (to include social media, apps and third-party platforms) to drive consumer loyalty, footfall and spend, across all stores
- Working closely with the Marketing team, Brand NPD team and external Marketing Agency to plan, execute and measure promotional activity
- Managing the relationship with key marketing contacts where we operate within malls and client premises, ensuring we maximise opportunities for joint campaigns and sales initiatives and track landlord performance
- Monitoring competitor activity & planning accordingly
- Produce reports to show results of promotional activity across all platforms and across all stores, and using this data to inform future promotional planning
- Creation, implementation and measurement of meaningful incentive programmes to motivate store teams
- Responsible for management of the promotions budget

Key Skills and Experience:
- Computer literate – MS office, Outlook and Excel proficient
- Creative with an ability to design and produce low-level promotional material
- Social media and app dashboard experience preferable
- Confident cold caller and quick to establish external working relationships
- Interested in data, its commercial application with attention to detail
- Prepared to travel to meetings
