HR Administrator - Stamford Bridge
Department: Human Resources
Working Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday
Job Function: To provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly starter, leaver and headcount reports and other ad-hoc reports are sent to relevant departments
- Co-ordinate the new starter process, ensuring all necessary checks are carried out in timely manner
- Raise and issue Offer letters and Contracts of Employment
- Ensure all employee files are accurate and up-to-date
- Archiving
- Keep up-to-date with HR policies and procedures and advise staff accordingly
- Conduct exit interviews for all leavers
- Respond to departmental correspondence
- Provide guidance and advice to managers regarding employment offers, contractual issues and benefits queries
- Produce relevant correspondence for basic disciplinary hearings and attend meetings as a Company witness, taking notes and supporting managers throughout the process
- Keep in contact with staff overseas via email/skype
- Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required and assist the HR team as necessary
- Liaise with the Payroll Advisor to design/update all HR documents ready for the new on-boarding system
- Visa checking using the Home Office weblink
Measures of Performance:
- HR administration in line with best practice
- Resourcelink and CoreHR is utilised to full, including producing accurate and up-to-date reports
Person Spec:
- Previous administration experience
- Exposure to a HR environment (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills
- Structured, well-organised and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in reporting and managing data
- Ability to plan work, deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative
- Able to manage highly sensitive/confidential employee information
