We are currently recruiting for Receptionists within our Days Inn hotel. Your main duties and responsibilities will include completing reservations, checking in guests and working to brand standards. The role will also include supporting the housekeepers.
We are looking for someone who can work 16 hours plus, weekdays and weekends, covering a range of shifts.
Early shift 6am-2pm
Late Shift 2pm-10pm
Full training and uniform is provided

We will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence as full training will be given.

Reception duties include accepting reservations via phone and email, greeting guests on arrival, handling both cash/card payments and maintaining a clean and tidy Hotel for the customers and the rest of your team.
Hotel housekeeping duties revolve around room cleaning, bed making, preparation of rooms for incoming guests and carrying out other deep cleaning duties on a weekly/monthly basis.
