Job Introduction
UK National job for a Training Manager to join Tesco Family Dining & help coach our Operations Managers to deliver key training elements in line with our investment plans!
Acting as a partner to the operation, your main role will be to train, coach and inspire our Teams to be passionate and committed about delivering great hospitality in our Cafes.

Main Responsibilities
Implementing & planning training, ensuring it is delivered according to set timescales and in line with correct policies and procedures.
Design and Develop training content across a range of technical areas, reacting to business need and industry standards.
Working across different functions within the business to ensure training content is up to date & relevant. For example; Marketing, Food Development and IT.
Become a trusted advisor on both training issues and key business decisions ensuring your team deliver the same message.
Lead & manage projects impacting training and development.
Supporting the business in driving & managing change effectively, using change management tools and processes to ensure that teams continue to operate effectively.
Monitor, measure & report on training issues, opportunities and development plans through HR & Service Data analysis to support key decision making.
Whilst being a UK based role, regular travel to Milton Keynes and Welwyn Garden City is essential as this where our Head Office function is based.

Has a passion for training and developing our people, ideally with an interest in customer service and hospitality.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage your time and others.
Proven track record of being able to develop and influence teams.
A real team player where the guest is at the heart of everything you do.
Strong decision making skills, resourceful & the ability to adapt quickly.
Full UK Driving licence
