Reporting to: Club Manager with links to the Club Owners.

Location:

The premium Anytime Fitness Club is in Dorchester South, Dorset. Located in the heart of a popular newly regenerated Brewery Square.

The Candidate:

If so come and join the fastest growing fitness provider as a Sales and Membership Consultant.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Sales and Membership Consultant for our brand new fitness club, which is to be opened in Brewery Square in the coming months.

You will be the face of the Anytime Fitness Club and will be responsible for bringing in new prospects, selling the club as a facility and signing them up as new members. You will successfully participate in the ongoing sales of new memberships and sales outreach activities and passionately promoting the club within the local community to generate brand awareness.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who can generate new leads and reach above and beyond their sales targets. The perfect applicant will have a proven track record in high volume sales and a passion for health and fitness. Most importantly they will need to be a great representative of the Anytime Fitness brand with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position is full time with hours flexible on a shift basis including evenings and weekends. Candidates seeking a part time arrangement will also be considered.
 
If you can meet the following criteria then we would like to meet you:
 

  • You will have a proven track record of working within a high quality sales or service environment. Ideally from the Health/Leisure Industry, but experience from any commercial sector will also be considered.
  • A high-energy self-starter with a great personality.
  • Naturally sales-focused and target driven with a desire to over achieve.
  • Confident proactively dealing with new prospects via the telephone, emails, social media or face to face.
  • Approachable and personable with a sense of fun!
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about helping others to ensure all members and prospects have a rewarding and enjoyable experience at the club.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have the ability to drive the superb culture within our clubs and exhibit it out in the local area to current and prospective members!
  • You will be organised, punctual and lead from the front!
  • You will enjoy working both within and outside the club environment, seeking opportunities to network, market and promote the club within the local community.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Health/Leisure Industry experience
  • Social Media Management.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Exact working hours will be determined, You will need a willingness to work evenings, week-ends and public holidays as required.
