An immediate opportunity has arisen for a candidate to step up their career, into the role of General Manager, at our established gym in Woolwich, London (SE18)

Anytime Fitness is one of the fastest growing fitness chains in the World with over 4000 clubs globally. We are open 24/7 to members (unstaffed outside of normal business hours), and member satisfaction is our top priority. Members who achieve their fitness goals, are happy members.

The Woolwich club opened in August 2016 and has been extremely popular with local residents in and around the area.

We are looking for a strong candidate, looking to further their career by managing the ongoing sales and operations of the gym, reporting directly to the club owners. You would have full responsibility of managing all aspects of the club, with direct assistance from the owners as and when needed.

We are seeking someone who has:

• Experience in gym sales and operations
• A track record of working to a budget and KPIs
• An interest in implementing and optimizing processes to ensure the business is running efficiently
• A friendly and sociable personality
• An awareness of the importance of good advance planning and marketing
• The ability to schedule, manage and delegate tasks to other members of the team
• Experience of CRM tools for prospect and member tracking
• Strong verbal and non verbal English skills
