Up to 40K basic + 9K OTE

We have an exciting new opportunity to manage a well-established large private members health club in Margate, Kent with a basic of up to 40k and 9k bonus.

As General Manager you will be responsible for driving health and fitness, coaching and ongoing training and development of you team and to ensure high quality customer service. You will need to be an inspirational leader, commercially astute with a strong operational and health and fitness background who will lead from the front and by example.
