GLL is looking for a Finance Assistant to work in the Sales Ledger team, in our busy finance department based at head office in Woolwich, South East London. GLL is the UK's largest leisure provider and we've been growing year-on-year since our inception over 20 years ago. You'll join a small team of four, reporting to the Finance Supervisor.

As a Sales Ledger Finance Assistant, you'll enter payments on to the system, which can range from card, cheque and BACS payments. You'll liaise with our leisure centre managers as you chase debt and reconcile their accounts. You'll answer email and phone queries so you'll need the ability to follow up and resolve issues as they arise.

Ideally, you'll be studying towards an AAT qualification with finance experience, preferably in sales ledger. You'll have great communication and interpersonal skills as you'll be dealing with a diverse range of people. Administration skills, accuracy and attention to detail will be key, as you'll need to prioritise your workload when the volume of work is high.
