Bartender our expectation

  • To lead the late shift ensuring all preparations are made behind the Bar
  • To control the Bar service area and control of the waiting staff
  • To assign stations to the waiting staff
  • To conduct a briefing at the start of every shift in the absence of the Manager or Supervisor
  • To deal with billing issues and other administrative issues
  • To use any opportunities to up-sell
  • Responsible for stock orders and the Bar stock reporting any problems to the Manager
  • To ensure communication and training is done with the staff on your shifts and on opposite shift
  • To be responsible for cashing up at end of the day following closing procedures
