You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to problem solve effectively under pressure, ensuring the highest level of quality customer service is delivered.

Trainee Duty Manager is a great way to learn and develop the skills needed to be a Duty Manager.  You will place great importance on customer care and facility standards. You will, as part of a team, contribute to financial and strategic targets.

The role will also provide the opportunity to support the operational management team at the centre, with on-going projects and the successful candidate will have clear areas of responsibility.

The successful candidates will work as part of a Duty Manager and Lifeguard team managing the site and possess or be working towards a current National pool lifeguard qualification

Your week will be shared between lifeguarding, where you will lead the lifeguard team and being the shift Duty Manager. This post includes shift and weekend working with occasional ‘on-call’ responsibilities as well as covering other departments. We have two positions available.
