Suitable candidates will have experience of working in a comparable health club and either be an experienced team member or supervisor ready for a step up into a management role or currently running a club.  

We are looking for a person with character and strong leadership to take ownership of this great department and drive the business forward taking full responsibility for the health and safety along with driving membership sales and retention and ensuring our members and hotel guests have a great experience in our club. You will part of the Head of Department Team and responsible for a team of approx 6.

Responsible for:

1. Revenue, costs and profit of the club
2. Memberships, inc retention, new and past members
3. Full H & S of the club
4. Training of the team for H & S involved with the club and customer service
5. Recruiting and development of the team
6. Presentation of the club 
7. Member liaison for events and general communications 
8. Supported by the Financial controller, Maintenance Mng, Ops Mng and the GM of the Hotel
