Centre Manager - Fairlop Waters

 40 hours per week / £30,777 per Annum

Vision RCL is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to manage the varied and diverse facilities at Fairlop Waters: Club house bar and function suites, golf courses, country park, Owls Play Centre, Outdoor Activities including high ropes and watersports.

The successful candidate will require experience of bar and catering operations and leisure facilities.

Job role:

• To lead and manage the Fairlop Waters facilities offering high quality services
• To manage all facility staff to provide the highest standards of customer care to all users at all times
• To be responsible for budget planning, income generation and expenditure costs
• To be responsible for all health and safety aspects of the facilities so all staff and users are safe at all times
• To work in partnership with facility stakeholders and users
• To provide activity programmes that cater for community demand and make Fairlop waters a destination location
• To manage the smooth running of all facility operations
• To manage bar and catering operations to be financially successful
• To ensure all outdoor activities on offer are of high quality including instruction and facility use

Essential requirements:

• Experience of management within the Leisure Industry for over 3 years
• First Aid at Work Certificate
• Experience of catering and bar management
