Head Receptionist - Hoburne Bashley, New Milton

Hoburne Bashley is a family friendly Holiday Park, located on the edge of the New Forest which has a varied selection of holiday homes. We are now recruiting for a Head Receptionist to join our team.

The Reception Team (Head) will report directly to the Customer Experience/Administration Manager and will provide an efficient reception and administration service.  They will also undertake such operational duties as specified by the Customer Experience/Administration Manager.

Main Duties will include:

  • Reception/office/administrative duties as directed
  • Deal with all bookings, sales and function enquiries and administration
  • Handle all reservation enquiries
  • Preparation of arrival packs and check-in / check-out of holidaymakers
  • Local membership enquiries and owners’ memberships
  • Ensure reception facilities are kept in a clean safe condition and are open on time
  • Manage all Reception staff reporting to you, maintain adequate staffing levels and administer Reception rotas
  • Assist the Administration Manager in their duties and carry out any other reasonable duties as required and directed by Management.

The successful candidate should also possess the following attributes:

  • A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and able to multi-task where necessary.

This is a full-time role. The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant will be required to work some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
