CHEF DE PARTIE

As Chef de Partie, you will be enthusiastic in working with a team of dedicated and passionate chefs in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.  The menu is seasonal and the standards are high.  You will be responsible for your own section, developing the junior members of the team and at the same time, have support from the Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring the standards are maintained.

As Chef de Partie, your main role will be to –

  • Assist the Sous Chef / Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that the kitchen areas, designated equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the restaurant.
  • Ensure all mis-en-place is set up accordingly
  • Follow closely the menu specifications to ensure consistency of dishes
  • Supervise junior members of the team
  • following H&S and Food safety at all times
