We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our onboard team in the role of Loyalty and Cruise Sales Manager. You will organise exciting and informative events as well as deliver presentations to guests to advertise and secure future cruise bookings. Your duties will also include the management of our onboard loyalty club, acting as the main contact for all loyalty club passengers, treating them in a professional, customer focused and timely manner.

To be considered a suitable applicant for this role you will:
  • Have experience working to challenging targets in a services environment
  • Have extensive knowledge of the travel industry
  • Work well under pressure and possess excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Continually strive to improve passenger satisfaction scores and effectively resolve issues or complaints
  • Have good command of written and spoken English

The contract lengths are either 4 or 6 months onboard with 2 months leave, and life onboard involves working 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your 10 hours will be split between morning, afternoon and evening activities.
