Gino’s Worldwide Restaurants is rapidly expanding and has recently had openings for Gino’s D’Acampo – My Restaurant in Leeds, Harrogate, Liverpool, London as well as a collection of ‘My Pasta Bars’ in the south of the UK.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced people who share our passion for authentic Italian cuisine and exceptional guest service to join our growing team!

Our food is Italian food as it should be with no compromise. We only source the best seasonal ingredients ensuring every dish delivers a real taste of Italy.

Candidates must have some experience in a similar busy and vibrant environment, within an Italian restaurant setting is desirable.

The Role:

As a Chef de Partie in our restaurant you will report in to the Head Chef be responsible for managing your section, ensuring company standards are consistently met and exceeded. You will also have responsibility for ensuring all requirements of Health and Safety and Food Safety are maintained at all times.

This role needs a skilled and passionate chef who is well organised, hardworking, a fantastic team player and keen to progress.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A passion and flair for delivering quality food using fresh ingredients to specification.
  • High volume experience providing quality food consistently in a fast paced environment
