As a Commis Chef at the Andaz London Liverpool Street, I have the opportunity to learn on a daily basis thanks to the motivated Kitchen Team I am surrounded by.
Our kitchen serves Lady Abercorn’s, our hotel pub with signature iconic roasts - including vegetarian options, served with bottomless Yorkshire puddings and a menu of both traditional and unique gravies. As well as our, Catch Bar & Lounge which serves light snack dishes.
Driven by the passion for delivering the best dishes to the customers, we are all encouraged to express our creativity and to try new things for our 7 outlets in the hotels.
As all our outlets have different concepts and kitchens ranging from Brasserie, gastropub to Japanese cuisine, the Andaz London Liverpool Street is able to provide me with the diversity in cuisines to help expand my culinary skills.
