We pride ourselves on offering high quality service to our clients in all areas which includes a free daily three-course lunch, freshly prepared by our team of chefs using locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible. Our current Head Chef is leaving us at the end of April after 8 successful years and we are actively looking for his replacement. 

Our Head Chef has overall responsibility for the catering team which is made up of a Sous Chef, a Junior Sous Chef and 3 Kitchen Assistants.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and will need to have a proven track record in:

  • F&B management including cost, stocks & wastage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Getting the best out of a team including their menu ideas and personal development.
  • HR experience. We need someone who can run a kitchen and effectively deal with HR situations as they arise.
  • Menu innovation. We need to know we have a chef that is constantly developing and striving to provide a variety for our clients
  • 100% H&S compliance
