Studio Manager- New Opening- Bedford

Our client is a successful technology led fitness studio concept, helping members all over Europe reach their fitness goals. We are now looking for a Studio Manager to pre-sale, open and manage their first standalone U.K. studio near Bedford.

As Studio Manager your role will be totally multifunctional and hands-on; leading on outreach activity in the local community, recruiting, training and leading a small team of wellness coaches then deliver an amazing customer experience to members whilst ensuring the studio and is clean and safe at all times.   No early morning and late evening shifts will be required but you will be expected to work some weekends.

This is a key appointment as with more studios opening in 2018, our client is looking for someone with the ambition and know how to make a success of their Bedford Studio and support with opening and managing future studios.

We would be keen to talk to you if you have at least two years man-management experience within the health and fitness industry and have gained exposure to managing fitness product, sales and gym operations. You may be a commercial fitness manager, Deputy Club Manager or Assistant General Manager ready to make the next step or a Leisure Club Manager or club manager wanting to develop and progress your career.  Full product training will be required but you must be at least REPS level 2 qualified.
