Hall Porter

to join our Front of House team.

Hall Porter Overview

We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed our guests’ expectations.  The Hall Porter position is based within the Front of House team and you will find yourself in the front-line dealing with the guests when they arrive at the hotel. You shall be required to assist them with their luggage and ensure that they are made comfortable during their stay. You will be on hand to answer any guest queries and provide guests with information such as local restaurants, local tourism and transport needs from a train to a chauffer-driven car. Attributes/Experience

Hotel experience would be beneficial, however full training will be given.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the local area would be desirable.

Must have a full, clean UK driving license held for over 2 years.
