Sales Manager Overview

The Sales Manager position is a key role focused on developing MICE and corporate business in all areas of the hotel from within the local and national market. Working closely with the hotel's General Manager and Business Development Manager the ability to source, develop and grow revenues from both new and existing clients will be crucial. In addition the role involves being an effective host with an ability to showcase the hotel in a professional and effective way. Delivering a consistent level of customer service to all clients will be essential to success in this role.

Attributes/Experience

Proven experience in a similar proactive sales role within a luxury property/resort. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, passionate and self motivated. Confident and tenacious with a creative flare. Effective team leader and team player working towards the groups key objectives and targets.
