Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa in Bedfordshire, has an exciting opportunity for a Head Waiter/ess - 35hours per week to join our Wernher Restaurant team

Head Waiter/ess Overview:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Head Waiter/ess will have responsibility for running shifts in the Restaurant (open breakfast, lunch and dinner). The Head Waiter/ess will ensure that the restaurant consistently operates to a 2 AA Rosette standard and endeavor to make every meal a 'special occasion' for our guests. The Head Waiter/ess will motivate and manage a team of staff to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. The Head Waiter/ess will play an important role in the achievement of sales within the Restaurant. Attributes/Experience:

A strong leader and exemplary role model, with a hands-on approach, you will have experience of delivering high standards of service, ideally in a 2 rosette restaurant and have a genuine passion for food, wine and people. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner are essential.
