Management Trainee Programme

Elite Hotels present four hotels of distinction in the South. Each award winning property offers superb wellness and meetings facilities, exquisitely appointed suites and bedrooms, gorgeous grounds and fine dining.

Outline

The Programme lasts approx. 22 months

You will follow a training and development plan which will include mentoring by senior management. At the end of each phase, an assessment will be carried out with you by one of our senior team.

During the programme you will experience all our four stunning hotels working in various departments. This will enable you to experience a range of different management styles and operations.

The programme is divided into a number of departments and the time spent in each area will be determined prior to commencement and will be flexible enough to encompass your expectations and take account of previous practical experience. Although you will be able to specialise in particular areas of the business later on in the programme, core hotel modules will be completed so that a solid foundation in hotel operations underpins all further development.

Future

On successful completion of the programme, interviews will be arranged with one or more General Manager of Elite Hotels where there are entry level managerial positions available. Elite Hotels is passionate about internal promotion wherever appropriate and those that share our values may expect progression and reward.
