Deputy Manager - Operations

 

Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club is a stunning grade two listed country house set in 186 acres of beautiful grounds on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. An award winning 4 red star Hotel with 106 Bedrooms and Suites, fully equipped Country Club and Spa, extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities including a fine dining two rosette Restaurant; we offer our guests a complete experience.

 

This is a Senior Management position focusing on the day to day Operational Management of this luxury country house hotel, while ensuring departmental KPI's are met to maximise hotel profitability and positive guest feedback. The management of the health and safety policies, in conjunction with department head and our third party consultants, and deputising for the General Manager in their absence are also key requisites of the position.

 

As part of the management team you will need exceptional eye for detail and business acumen together with a strong operational track record in the luxury hotel market. Demonstrable leadership and the ability to motivate a large team combined with exceptional customer service skills are essential.
