What will I be doing?

Our Watersports Instructor jobs involve teaching a variety of sessions to our guests from sailing, kayaking to raft building. Instructors will have the chance to lead on a number of water based, outdoors activities.  A large part of this role is being able to understand the strengths, limitations & personalities of each guest.

We are looking for individuals who have experience in instructing watersports activities, as a minimum you must have UKCC Level 1 qualification.

Ideally the candidate will have experience of working with children, but this isn’t essential.

As a Watersports Instructor you must be able to motivate our guests whilst being able to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy.

This role is a residential position and therefore you will need to be comfortable with living away from home, we encourage a friendly, social atmosphere in our centres – a lot of our staff who have worked for us have made life long friends!
