ONLINE SITE SUPERVISOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Online Site Supervisors to join The London Palace based in 

The London Palace Bingo Club at the Elephant & Castle, the biggest and busiest but also the friendliest bingo club in the UK, along with their Palace SuperBowl are now recruiting General Assistants.

As an Online Site Supervisor your duties and responsibilities will be:

• •    Direct customer contact through the company helpdesk system. Some may attend the club and so will use the help desk in the club itself.
• •    Maintaining an overview of the helpdesk tickets and support staff.
• •    Dealing with complaints procedures and escalation of customer complaints.
• •    Conducting daily checks to ensure the smooth running of the online operation.
• •    Daily checks and reporting on AML events.
• •    Daily checks and reporting on Social Responsibility controls.
• •    Conducting daily Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks as part of the company AML processes.
• •    Preparing and sending marketing email communications.
• •    Setting up promotional campaigns on the company software platforms. 

An ideal Online Site Supervisor will have the following skills and qualifications:

• •    Good communication skills and be confident dealing with customers in a highly regulated environment.  This will entail working within clearly defined customer interaction and complaints procedures as well as general customer support on the company’s helpdesk platform. It will involve crediting and payout our customers both online and in the clubs.
• •    Previous experience of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) would be beneficial but not essential - training will be given.  
• •    The candidate must be to make subjective judgements based on the evidence placed before them.
