Sea Acres Holiday Park is located on the southern tip of Cornwall just a few miles from the historic bustling market town of Helston. Facilities include pit nine hole �sea view' pitch �n' putt and nine hole crazy golf as well as a 5-Star Scuba Diving Centre and pool. Eat, drink & enjoy in 4 venues on the park, along with a convenience store and tuck shop. Sea Acres has 132 units for hire and 229 privately owned caravans and lodges.
Housekeeping Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Accommodation Manager to join the team at our stunning Sea Acres Holiday Park based in Cornwall.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be required to lead a team to provide a professional Accommodation function to the park and ensure that service standards i.e. presentation and cleanliness are outstanding at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all units have an accurate inventory upon customers' arrival.
* Checking beds, linen, pillows and duvets on each intake, monitoring to ensure stock is repaired / replaced as required and report any repairs to the Maintenance Manager.
* Efficiently and effectively manage storage of all cleaning equipment and bedding and ensure outstanding cleanliness on all linen provided to customers.
* Ensuring that courtesy calls are carried out according to standard procedures.
* Ensuring accommodation keys for each section are properly safeguarded and always accounted for.
* Checking all equipment including smoke detectors, RCDs and fire extinguishers, fridges and freezers, cookers and microwaves are in good working order and report any which are not working to the Maintenance Manager.
* Maintaining the upkeep of team accommodation to the required Company standards and encourage team members to maintain these standards.
* Managing the Accommodation/Stores laundry facility.
The successful Candidate will:
* Have strong experienceof working within an Accommodation function, ideally on a Holiday Park
* Be confident in leading, developing and motivating a team.
* Have outstanding customer service skills.
* Have strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
